CIEO two kindergartens, Times Bund Canadian Kindergarten and Canadian East Plaza Garden Kindergarten recently underwent A-level kitchen evaluations from the Guangzhou Food and Drug Administration. After on-site inspection, inquiry into kitchen operation processes and checking stock account information, the inspection crew granted A-level kitchen status to both kindergartens.
In order to ensure food safety for teachers and students in kindergartens and prevent illness our kindergartens strictly follow the standards for A-Level kitchens. In terms of food source distribution, Canadian Kindergarten - Times Bund and Canadian Kindergarten - East Plaza Garden have signed contracts with reputable companies. Each morning, administrative leaders check the raw material deliveries to guarantee materials purchased are fresh and safe. Our chefs are keenly aware of keeping food clean during processing, cooking and distribution. The director of the Pre-school Education Department is regularly invited to our kindergartens to train and standardize management systems for the kitchen, with an aim to promote the general quality of the kitchen crew.
