一般病情描述：

 都一个星期了：About a week now.

我特别不舒服：I feel quite unwell/bad.
我全身都痛：I have pain all over.
不见好转：It is getting worse。
两天前开始的：It came two days ago.

断断续续：on and off/time to time.
我没力气：I am feeling weak.
我失眠了：I lost my sleep.

他觉得头疼、恶性和想吐：he feels headache, nausea and vomiting.

他觉得头晕： He feels light-headed.

他的症状包括没有食欲、体重减轻、非常疲惫、发烧和发冷：His symptoms including loss of appetite, weight loss, excessive fatigue, fever and chills.

他大部分时间都觉得非常疲惫：He feels exhauted or fatigued most of the time.

她眼睛四周又痛又痒：She has some pains and itching around her eyes.

他感到周围的东西都在打转：He feels as though everything around him is spinning.

伤风感冒：

他有发烧，筋骨酸痛和常常咳嗽：He has fever, aching muscles and hacking cough.

他伤风咳嗽： He gets a cold with a deep hacking cough.

他头痛，骨头、关节也痛：He has a headache, aching bones and joints..

他不停的在咳嗽：He has a persistent cough.

他声音嘶哑，有些失声：He has hoarse and has lost his voice sometimes.

他嗓子疼而且鼻子不通：He has a sore throat and a stuffy nose.

他流鼻涕，打喷嚏和喉咙沙哑：He has a runny nose, sneezing or a scratchy throat.

手脚疼痛

他两手两脚都很酸痛： His both hands and feet ache all over.

他脚底很痛：He has pain on the sole of his feet.

他的脚踝好像肿了，用手按，就有小坑痕：His ankles look puffy and they pit when he presses them with his finger.

左脚酸痛，并有红肿：The pain in his left foot is accompanied by redness and swelling.

激烈运动后，他的腿就痛：His legs become painful following strenuous exercise.

他的膝盖有些畸形，也不能动：His knee is misshapen or unable to move.

他的筋骨和关节都痛：He is troubled with painful muscles and joints.

她的后背和肩膀都痛：she is troubled by the pains in the back and shoulders.

睡眠问题

他睡不好：He is sleeping poorly.

他不易入睡，也难集中精神：He has difficulty in sleeping, inability to concentrate.

她晚上很难入睡：It is usually hard for her to fall asleep when she goes to bed at night.

他夜间醒来后，再也不能入睡：He wakes during the night or early morning and finds it difficult to fall asleep again.

他有时做噩梦：He has nightmares occasionally.

口腔问题

他牙齿和下巴疼痛： He has pain in his teeth or jaw.

他牙齿有问题： He has some problems with his teeth.

他咬东西时，牙齿就痛： The tooth hurts only when he bites down on it.

他牙床红肿：his gums are red and swollen.

他牙床有出血：His gums go bleed.

他的嘴唇和周围都很痛： He has some sore places on or around the lip.

他的嘴巴和周围都很痛：there are cracks at the corners of his mouth.

肠胃问题

他有一阵阵的肚痛： He has bouts of his abdominal area.

他感到肚子胀胀的：He feels bloated in his abdominal area.

痛是在肚子的上/下半部：the pain is mainly in the lower (upper) right part of the abdomen.

他有恶心和呕吐：He has nausea and vomiting.

他吞下食物时会痛：It is difficult or painful for him to swallow.

他拉肚子： He has trouble with diarrhea.

他便秘了好几天：He has been constipated for a few days.

深呼吸：Deep breath.

有点感染：You have got infection.
你需要手术：Your condition may need surgery therapy.
退烧药：a medicine to reduce the temperature.
止疼片：pain killer/relief
打针：injection.
抗酸药（胃药）：Anti-acid Medicine.
止咳糖浆：cough syrup.
处方药：prescription.
乳膏：cream/lotion.
口服药：oral medicine.
外用药：topical use.
膏药： patch
