Bidding Announcement

泰中罗勇工业园开发有限公司第十一期新建标准厂房工程按照公司相关招标办法组织与实施，本着“公平、公正、科学、择优”的原则选择中标人。现决定对该项目进行公开招标，欢迎符合条件的投标人前来报名，现就相关事项公告如下：

In accordance with the principle of"fair, impartial, scientific, preferential" principle,Thai-Chinese Rayong Industrial Zone will select the winning bidder for No. 11 Ready-builtFactory Project.

It is hereby decided to make an open tenderfor the project and welcome eligible bidders to sign up for it, and herebyannounce the relevant matters as follows:

项目概况及招标范围 Project in brief and bidding scope of theproject

1、项目内容：标准厂房及其附属设施工程建筑施工，建筑面积约11000余平米。

Ready-built factoryand ancillary facilities construction, construction area of about 11000 squaremeters

2、项目地点：罗勇府泰中罗勇工业园园区内A543地块

Project address: Landplot A543, 7/308 M.6 Amata City Mabyangporn, Pluakdeang,Rayong, Thailand 21140.

投标人资格 Bidder Qualification

1、企业注册资本3000万铢以上；

the registered capital of bidder is morethan 30 million baht

2、企业在泰合法注册，具有建筑施工资质以及类似工程项目的开发、实施经验；

Bidders are legallyregistered in Thailand, with the construction qualification and similar projectdevelopment, implementation experience

招标文件的获取 Acquisition of bidding documents

有意参加投标的申请人请于2017年7月3日至2017年7月10日（工作日9：00至17：00），持公司注册文件（或复印件盖章）等相关资料前来报名。经招标方资格预审后，通知资格预审合格的申请人前来领取招标文件。

Applicants who wishto participate in the bid may sign up with the registration documents (orphotocopies with the seals) and other relevant materials from July 3, 2017 toJuly 10, 2017( working day 9:00 to 17:00). After the prequalification of thetenderee, the tenderer will notify the qualified applicants to get the biddocuments.
