A leading education consulting firm with a Branch office located in the CBD (within the Melbourne Legal Precinct) is looking for a full-time Education Consultant to join the office's service based team.

It is a rare opportunity to work with this market leader -- ideal for the ones looking to begin their careers in Education, one of Australia's largest export industries. This is a customer & sales oriented position aiming to provide a high level of professional counseling as well as personal services.

Role & Responsibility：

· Provide accurate and customized academic advice and individual consultation to international students

· Devise optimal study plans as well as offer alternative options for students in accordance with their essential needs and ultimate prospects

· respond to students' queries and worries

· Assist with students' application/enrollment processes

· Provide and coordinate a range of support services for students including visa and migration assistance

· Take in-house training and ongoing self-learning to equip oneself with a comprehensive knowledge database

· Maintain a sustainable and mutual-supportive relationship with Australian higher education providers

· Be sensitive to and up-to-date with industrial information

· Professionally presented as a reliable education consultant

· Participate in different marketing events and activities

· Identify every potential clients and achieve high conversions rate.

The Applicant

Essentials:

· Australian citizen, PR

· Bachelor degree or above

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Fast learner with a good memory

· Work experience in Australia in the areas of customer services, sales or marketing

· High efficiency and attention to details

· Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality

· Flexible with positive problem-solving attitude and capabilities

· Well-developed time management skills

· Sophisticated language skills in English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin (IELTS overall band score of 7 or above)

· Multilingual proficiency is a plus

· Highly efficient and great time management skills

· Excellent attention to details

· Strong communication skills in English and Chinese

· Prior work experience in admin related roles

· Degree holder

· Fast learner with a positive "can-do" attitude

· NAATI Chinese into English translation credential preferred

· Local experience in office environment will be an advantage

· Sophisticated language skills in English and Chinese (IELTS overall band score of 7 or above)

· Multilingual proficiency is a plus
