Essential Skills:

Currently we have the following positions available:
1. Migration Agent
Skills and Experiences :
- Familiar with Australian education system
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proactive and well organized
- Good time management skills
Key duties include but not limited to:
- Providing immigration and education advices
- Preparing visa applicaitons and supporting documents
- Liaising with clients and relevant third parties
- Conducting research on legislation and regulations
- Providing assistance to senior migration lawyer
- Ad-hoc duties as required
2. Marketing Executive / Office Admin
Skills and Experiences :
- Excellent computer skills in PowerPoint, Word, Photoshop,etc
- Experience in online marketing including SEO, analytics and social media
- Creative, enthusiastic with premium service mentality
- Excellent written and administrative skills
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- A high level of motivation and initiative
- Demonstrated creative abilities
Key duties include but not limited to:
- Planning, development & activation of marketing & promotional campaigns & tactics
- Maintenance of website, online marketing & social media sites
- Maintenance & growth of group databases
- Conducting competitor market analysis and research
- Managing all forms of external advertising
- Preparation of sales and marketing forecasts and monthly market reports covering market share, trends, customer conversion rates etc
- Organising net-working events, seminars and workshops from time to time
- Providing administrative support to management team
- General accounts duties
- Ad-hoc duties as required
