The line graph compares the number of visitors to three different museums in London, namely British Museum, Science Museum and Natural History Museum during a period of four monthes[1] in 2013.
In June 2013, 600 thousand people visited to British Museum, while only 400 thousand went to Science Museum. The figure for Natural History Museum visitors stood at around 550 thousand in June[1].
In can be seen that the number of visitors to British Museum reached its peak in July (750 thousand), followed by a dramatic drop to 500 thousand in August. Compared with that, the figure for Natural History Museum visitors remained stable at almost 380 thousand[1], while the figure for Science Museum experienced a steadily[2] decrease to 300 thousand between July and August.
Those three museums had all upward trends[1] after August to 650 thousand, 480 thousand and 470 thousand respectively for British, Science and Natural History Museum.
It is clear that[1] although there was a big fluctuation for number of people visiting British Museum, its[2] figure remained the highest among the three during this four-month period. Both of the other two museums experienced initial drops followed by noticeable rises in the last two months shown.
