 qualification requirement: 

an associate’s degree with specialization in accounting or Certificate III office administration or above

Experienced in practice in Word Excel PPT

Language requirement, professional in English, and Mandarin

Work well with others and be detail oriented.

Accounting Office Administrator  会计处管理

You role with encompass but not limited to

Providing critical support to the internal teams

 Answering the telephone, filing, emailing, assisting visitors, managing

appointment and managing the daily office schedule.

Preparation of documentation and internal reports.

Creating invoices and assisting in billing and quoting activities.

Responding to enquiries in a timely and effective manner.

Managing key email accounts.

Processing of information to internal systems.

Skills and experience

Minimum of 2 years local experience as a Business Services Accountant

 Have commenced or about to commence CA/CPA
