Our next featured activity on our monthly list of summer outdoor activities is miniature golf! The first miniature golf park in America was built in 1916 in Pinehurst, North Carolina. The Thistle Dhu (in American English, the name is a homonym for “this will do” as in, “this will do for a golf course.”  Not only is it a fun game, its relaxing, and requires concentration, patience, and strategy to win! It will keep everyone on their toes the entire time!
