很可能就在今年,低于100万的房子可能就会从悉尼的中环和内环地区消失!
听到这则消息,买了房的喜笑颜开,没买的心在滴血啊!
记录显示,自去年以来悉尼实现房价中位数过百万的郊区第一次达到了65个!这让房价中位数破百万的郊区比例达到了五分之二,而且数据显示有许多地区也快要冲破七位数拉。

Core Logic RP Data的研究数据显示,距离CBD16公里以内只有36个郊区的平均中位数房价在100万以下,而其中19个郊区就差45000澳元就突破百万大关了,它们只需再增长5%或不到。
这些地方包括前蓝领人士聚居的街区比如Marrickville和Mascot,以前在这买房可以说毫无压力,不过在过去三年里,这里的中位数房价一路飙升了20万。
这两天澳财长Joe Hockey一句话引起不小的轰动,他住在北岸价值600万的豪宅里,却对首次购房者说“找个高薪工作不就买的起房了”,这是站着说话不腰疼啊。
Hockey不认为在悉尼买房难,在问到首次购房者怎样才能进入房市时,他说他们首先要找个好工作:“如果悉尼房价太高,那就不会有人去房子了。”
SQM Research的Louis Christopher 说:“照这样下去,过不了多久,也许就在今年年底,房价100万以下的房子可能会灭绝。”
LJ Hooker的Troy McKinstry补充说,100万是销售的一个里程碑——10年前,不到70个郊区中位数房价达到百万,而今天却有265个,但在一些郊区,100万却只是个小数字。
