Reporting to the Regional Manager, your primary role will be to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in East and Central China's leading tertiary education providers to ensure CPA Australia is the preferred accountancy designation across the region. As well as developing strategic relationships at a senior level you will also work closely with prospective members promoting the benefits of the CPA Program to them. In this role you willbe responsible for:
· Managing the portfolio of targeted education partners to maximise portfolio growth and individual account outcomes
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with target accounts, and network with relevant points of contact including Deans, Head of School and other Senior Academics.
· Maintain up to date records of organisation information to ensure the integrity of the account and portfolio data
· Developing strategic account plans,focusing on membership growth opportunities.
· Promoting and advocating membership infront of targeted audiences.
This is a challenging and varied role and we require someone with high levels of maturity, self-motivation and drive. You will have a natural ability to develop relationships at all levels, and be as comfortable presenting to a group of senior academic and business leaders as you are in presenting to a group of inexperienced students and fresh graduates. In addition you will need to meetthe following criteria:
· Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
· 4-5 years experiences in sales or marketing
· Excellent influencing, communication and negotiation skills
· Native Mandarin speaker
· Excellent oral and written English ability
· Highly autonomous and proven ability tomanage your own workload effectively
· Good team player
· Proactive with business acumen
· Willing to travel to other cities in East and Central China
· Ability to speak Shanghai dialect
