The Job

We are looking for a highly motivated individualwith the ability to build rapport and convey technical information in a logicalmanner to our professional clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join alarge, cross functional team that is fundamental to the success of MYOB.

Reporting to the Client Services Team Leader,you will support our clients who will be using a range of MYOB accountingpractice software and service solutions. In particular you will be responsiblefor answering in-bound client calls as well as responding to incoming email andother related correspondence.

You will have an understanding of IT and enjoykeeping up to date with the new technical aspects of your role, as well aspossessing a sound understanding of accounting principles.

This role requires a person who thrives in afast-paced environment. We want someone who can think on their feet and lovesto juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders at any given time.

The skills and experience required

In order to be successful in this role you will:

· Experience with MYOB Accountants Office and/orAccountants Enterprise products (Highly desirable)

· Possess IT support knowledge and be comfortablewith PC's

· Be experienced within a commercial IT environment(desirable)

· Display excellent communication skills to becapable of dealing with professional clients over the phone

· Have a sound knowledge of accounting

· Be motivated by achieving client satisfactionthrough solution and efficiency

· Be experienced in technical troubleshooting

· Possess work related experience within anaccounting practice would be an advantage

· Be experienced in software installations(desirable)
