This week Channel 4 News visited Chelsea College of Arts to film new UAL Chancellor Grayson Perry at the postgraduate summer show. Presenter Cathy Newman quizzed Grayson on his plans for the new role, the importance of arts education, and the role of art in global issues such as the Syrian refugee crisis. Grayson told Channel 4 that his mission as Chancellor is to act as “an ambassador for creative education”.
Grayson and Cathy chatted to exhibiting graduates from MA Textile Design and MA Fine Art, and the piece began with shots of work on display at the summer show.
