Knowledge has no limit, teaching benefits teachers as well as students

继2015年六月深圳市南山区教育局教研室主任郑秉捷校长前来我校进行专业培训之后，为了使我校教师更好地传道授业解惑，让中加学生快乐学习、高效学习，开学不久，我校再次请来了资深教育专家郑校长为我们所有老师上了生动活泼而又不失严谨的一课。

To impart knowledge in a better way and make students learn more efficiently, we invite the Principal Zheng who has a rich teaching experience in Shenzhen (Nanshan) Concord College Of Sino-Canada to give our teacher a lively lesson.

郑校长说，其实教学本不应该是老师成为灌输者，孩子成为学习机器，老师们需要做的是真正地教会孩子如何学习、如何在玩中学、学中玩。俗话说 “只学习不玩耍，聪明的孩子也变傻”。如何让孩子轻松愉快地学习到必要的知识呢？

As is known to all, All work, no play makes Jack a dull boy. Our aim is to teach your children how to learn by playing. How to make the students learn necessary knowledge and skills in an easy and enjoyable environment?

作为老师首先必须需要明确教学目标也就是教会孩子什么，其次是怎么教，授之以渔而不是授之以鱼，让课堂充满活力，释放孩子天性，学到受益终生的知识与本领。

Teachers must set teaching goals first and then make teaching plans to creat a dynamic class. It is better to teach people how to fish instead of just giving the fish to them.

信任、公平、公正、正直是每个老师应该对待孩子的态度。作为老师，应该对每一个孩子有全方位的了解，而不仅仅是关注学习成绩。教育确实是教书育人的过程，却也是教师自我不断提升的过程，只有努力寻找解决教育教学任务的新思想和新方法，不断反思，经常审视自己的教学行为并通过研究及时发现问题解决问题，经常锻炼孩子的发散性思维以及批判能力，才会逐渐改变“死读书，读死书”的教育现状，久而久之，孩子就能学会发现生活，探索生活，独立解决困惑。

Our teachers like to explore new area, so our teaching thought and methods update frequently. We trust our students and train their ability of dvergent thinking. They will be able to explore life and solve problem independently.
