This weekend we've got a special on our homemade sausages. We'll be making Andouille and Daylesford pork sausages fresh for this weekend.


Andouille sausage is derived from Louisiana in the U.S.A. Like many parts of modern Australia, this part of Louisiana was a melting pot of cultures and so the spiciness and flavour of this sausage is influenced by African, German, French and other cultures.


The Daylesford Boar sausage is from Victoria in Australia and has even been listed by the Slow Food movement's list of endangered foodstuffs. It was brought to the Australia's goldfields in the 19th century by Swiss-Italian migrants.


Both of these sausages are served with mashed potato and vegetables for only 75RMB. Plus we'll give you a free bottle of Crown Lager, one of Australia's longest continuously brewed beers.


We will also have a special Trifle on offer this weekend featuring our very own orange jelly, pear jelly, creme anglaise and fresh fruit.
