列在文章最后的参考文献
1.参考文献为书籍。
顺序应该是:作者(surname and initial(s))+出版日期+文章题目+出版地点+出版商。
Eg. Pecorari, D. (2010). Academic writing and plagiarism: A linguistic analysis. London: Continuum.
2.参考文献为期刊杂志。
顺序应该是:作者(surname and initial(s))+日期+文章题目+杂志标题(要用斜体)+卷号+版本号+页码。
Eg. Warchal, K. (2010). Moulding interpersonal relations through conditional clauses: Consensus-building strategies in written academic discourse. Journal of English for Academic Purposes, 9 (2). 140-150.
3.参考文献为网络资料。
应该给出具体的网络链接

文内引用
1.较短的引用,加上引号
According to Wolfe et al. (2009,pp. 185-186), “the argument schema is evoked by demands of an assignment, expectations about the audience, and the goals of the author”.
2.较长的引用,边缘缩进
eg. Hudson’s view is quite different:
one of the most solid achievements of linguistics in the twentieth century has been to eliminate the idea (at least among professional linguists) that some languages or dial ects are inherently better than others (1996, P. 203).
3.释义,改述,非直接引用
eg. Hudson (1996,p.203) points out that one of the most important recent achievements of linguistics is to do away with the idea that some languages or dialects are better than others.
4.二手资料
(你并没有读这本书或者这篇文章,但是在某篇文章中看到过这篇文章里的观点)
eg. As reported in Fromkin and Rodman(1983, p. 342), Chomsky (1965,p. 17) claimed that children are pre-wired to learn language.
Jefferson(1984, as cited by Atkinson, 1986, p. 46) argues that ……
