涨幅最高的区域是在西伦敦的Ealing和东伦敦的 Forest Gate , 7年内就成长了60%以上。
涨幅最大的15个车站中, 超过一半以上都在伦敦三区和四区, 包跨Hanwell和West Ealing等地区。
这条以英国女皇命名的伊莉莎白铁路线 Elizabeth Line预计将在2019年完工。
伊莉莎白线西区各站的平均房价及成长幅度:
在伊莉莎白线上的平均房价约£522,192英镑, 相较于全英国平均房价£298,863英镑高出約54%。
其中庞德街 Bond Street和 Tottenham CourtRoad, 这两站是房价涨幅最多也最贵的区域, 尽管这里的住宅并不多。
伊莉莎白线东区各站平均房价及成长幅度:
在伊莉莎白线上房价涨幅最少的有西区的Twyford(约38%), Reading(约41%), 和东区的 Brentwood(约40%), 皆在线路的终点站附近。
尽管是房价涨幅最少的三站, 还是远远高于在英国其他地区的平均房价涨幅。
专家建议尽管伊莉莎白线周遭房价的大幅增涨有利于附近的民众, 但对于要在伦敦置产的人来说, 买房的难度也相对提高许多。
尤其是伊莉莎白线的终点站西区的Reading和东区的Shenfield, 随著铁路开通的日子逐渐接近, 这两区的房价也变得相当炙手可热。
