This is a busy and challenging role, which requires a diplomatic individual with good knowledge of accounting and excellent attention to detail. With some experience of managing accounts and maintaining good customer relationships.

You will be working in a highly pressurized environment, hence you need to be highly organized with the ability to multi-task, solve problems and prioritize your workload.

· Manage accounts and process customers' settlement transactions

· Maintain relationships with agents, customers and third party suppliers in Asia

· Prepare daily/ weekly / monthly end / year end client accounts reports and transaction reports

· Prepare and produce weekly statements for clients

· Closely monitor the level of customers’ debts

· Handle customers’ agreements

· Monitor fraud activity with a view to prevention

· Other Ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management

· Is excellent in data entry accuracy and attention to details

· Able to work independently and on own initiative

· Is proficient in Microsoft excel

Is organized and responsible

· Is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin Languages 

· Has settlement experience in banking and finance sectors

· Has gaming experience though not essential Knowledge, skills and experience It is essential that the post holder

· Has a minimum of 1 year experience within the gaming or online payments sector

· Works in a methodical manner

· Is an analytical thinker with strong numerical skills

· Has good oral and written communication skills

· Has the ability to prioritize their workload and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

· Has a natural desire to succeed

· Possesses sound reporting and analytical skills

· Must be trustworthy

· Is able to work independently and as part of a team on assigned projects

· Has good command of Cantonese/Mandarin
