We're on the hunt for a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager. This is theperfect opportunity for an up and coming individual with a few years’experience in a field or sales role to take the step up to the challenge of asales management role now, and in the medium to long term has national levelsales management aspirations in mind. Charged with the driving of thewholesale and retail commercial vehicle sales objectives with our dealernetwork nationwide, we're looking for high energy, enthusiasm and the desire tolearn the ropes of sales management. A driven and inspiringindividual who will engage with, support and work collaboratively with ourdealers will ensure success for all. Based at head office in Auckland,reporting to the Head of Commercial Vehicles and working in a dedicatedCommercial team, this role has the full backing and support required forcontinued growth and success now and in the future.
The person we're looking for will ideally possessthe following attributes:
· Exceptional communication, organisation andnegotiation skills
· Analytical expertise with strong business acumen
· A team player - collaborative, flexibleand approachable
· Reliable, available and 'present'
· Straight up, responsive and proactive withboundless energy
· Robust understanding of the automotive industry,with demonstrable field/sales experience
