- Handling phone calls, written and e-mail correspondence from International/Chinese clients
- Proof reading Chinese (Simplified and Traditional Chinese) documents
- Liaising effectively with the Lettings Managers and teams regarding properties available to let; reporting to Landlords accordingly – feedback
- Liaising with property management team regarding properties under management; reporting to Landlords accordingly
- Assisting with organizing events
- Organising group home tours for new developments
- To act as translator for company marketing material and daily communications
- Arranging access for furnishers for newly completed properties
- Creating power point slides for presentations in China
- Admin support
- Fluent Mandarin & Cantonese (in written and verbally)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritising ability
- Friendly and outgoing person
- Previous property experience is a plus
- Full UK working visa
Monday to Friday / 9am-6pm. This work will involve answering the calls and replying emails out of working hours, especially receiving phone calls from Far East early in the mornings.
