You thrive in exceeding your sales targets and proactively developing your client portfolio. This position is based in our beautiful store within the outlet village of Bicester.
- Ensures a unique and exceptional client experience at all times
- Masters perfectly the steps of a sale (welcome, discover , convince, close )
- Adapts according to the client’s needs and motivations
- Manages the sale with ease during negotiations and objections
- Acts as a professional and solution orientated point of contact when helping clients with after sales queries
- Strives to meet and exceed individual and boutique targets
- Cultivates strong client relationships and develops client loyalty
- Efficiently and commercially develops a strong client portfolio
- Executes targeted CRM actions
- Participates in client events acting as an ambassador of the Montblanc Maison at all times
- Respects all brand and boutique policies and procedures
- Participates in managing inventory when required
- Supports in the opening and closing of the boutique when necessary
- Contributes to the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines
- Assists with special projects when requested
- Strong proficiency in mandarin (written proficiency not essential)
- Ability to commute to the Bicester Village outlet
- Previous work experience should include retail sales (preferably in a luxury related field)
- Experience in fine watches, jewellery, or luxury goods are desirable
- A positive professional attitude and presentation
- KPI driven and capable of succeeding in a target driven environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- IT proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must have the legal proof of right to work in the UK
