Our client who is a luxury Travel Lifestyle company providing travel and lifestyle concierge and loyalty programmes to more than two million members across the globe is looking for passionate, motivated and resourceful Travel Lifestyle Manager to join their dynamic global team.
- As a Travel Lifestyle Manager you will use your knowledge, contacts and know-how to deal with interesting and often complex requests from high net worth clients
- Specialising in booking hotels, flights and ground transportation to worldwide destinations from city breaks to island retreats
- You will assist clients with booking restaurants, theatre, shows and other evening entertainment that is requested from their clients
- The Travel lifestyle Manager will use their expertise to help members get the most from their membership
- You will use your research and communication skills to provide personalized solutions to our members request within specified time frames
- Fluency in Mandarin at native business level (in addition to English)
- Related experience in Travel, hospitality or retail customer service
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers and clients, working in a calm and professional manner at all times
- The ability to work independently and perform well with little supervision
- An enthusiasm to work with an emphasis for detail and follow through as required
- The highest customer service standards are expected and must be maintained at all times
