We provide clients with strategic advice on the best disposal option on an asset specific basis ranging from exits to the domestic investor market, overseas markets or institutional sales.

We have specific expertise in assisting residential and student developers in refining assets for sale to the overseas investment market and are able to work alongside the developer to ensure that an asset is maximised and presented in a professional manner. We will undertake feasibility and work alongside the developer refining the asset for sale by working through projections and cost plans and finally to managing the sale process from initial sales strategy through to completion of sale of the units.

-   Responsible for overall planning and project management of the property project

-   Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with partners in Hong Kong, UK, Singapore and other territories

-   Liaise with existing partners for project launches and sales, and provide professional advice and training to suppliers

-   Organise events with suppliers for new launches

-   provide professional advices to clients.

-   Occasional overseas travel maybe required

-   Bachelor Degree in related disciplines or above

-   Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in the property industry preferred

-   Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Good command of Mandarin and Cantonese

-   Business mindset, self-motivated, confident and able to work under pressure
