Our growing Chinese logistics firm is seeking a passionate ‪Sales Manager who will assist with our customers at all levels to ensure their long-term success. The ‪Sales Manager needs not only to identify and work towards customer needs but to exceed client expectations.

-   Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients

-   Actively seek new opportunities and be committed to the expansion and success of the business, overseeing sales and marketing functions

-   Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers, liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to promote tailored

-   Supply chain solutions to customers and improve the entire customer experience

-   Connect with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports

-   Negotiate new contracts and close deals in timely manner to maximize profit

-   Comply and analyze sales figures, forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

-   Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, communications, or related field

-   Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

-   Ability to build relationships internally and externally, at all levels

-   Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Chinese and English

-   Strong organisational and time management skills

-   Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

-   Self-starter, professional, first class interpersonal skills with high energy and enthusiasm

-   Good teamwork;

-   Business awareness and a good knowledge of financial and commercial awareness

-   A strong understanding of Chinese culture is must

-   Relevant pre-entry work experience in account management area is required

-   Vacation work, internship or volunteering experience is considered

-   Experience in E-commerce or logistics industry is an advantage
