Our client, an organisation based in Newcastle upon Tyne are looking to recruit a permanent Mandarin speaking customer service advisor.
The role will include conducting market research over the telephone to Mandarin companies. You will have your own workload to work through and must be self motivated and keen to progress in this role.
- Conducting questionnaires
- Providing excellent customer service
- Keeping accurate file records
- Adhering to policies and procedures
- Administration duties
- Working hours will be Mon-Fri 6am-2pm
- The idea candidate will be able to write fluent in Mandarin and English as well as speaking both
