This role supports the global email marketing team in the delivery of student and partner communications to maximise applications and enrolments to our study Centres and partner universities.
The role involves the provision of a translation service to the email marketing team to support our personalisation strategy. Proofing each email and web landing pages for accurate use of translation and communicating any inconsistencies back to the appropriate resource for correction.
- Provide an informed translation service to support global email marketing and recruitment campaigns
- Quality control and testing of local language emails and related web landing pages
- Write for the email and website channel and populate content in our Email Studio and Content Management Systems
- Source, collect and repurpose content so that it is optimised for the email channel, follows email best practice and appropriate for Chinese speaking audience
- Contribute to successful campaign delivery by ensuring that localised emails and associated landing pages convert and turn opens into clicks and ultimately drives enrolments
- Maintain and update our local language content library ensuring copy and assets are up-to-date
- Ensure company brand, tone and voice and style guidelines are adhered to always
- Liaise with other members of INTO’s marketing network to contribute to the development of localised and optimised content that drives conversion and demand generation
- To check all marketing and communications materials to ensure content is aligned with the INTO Centre’s or university’s recruitment objectives
- Develop and apply exemplary record keeping, processes and practices
- Such other duties, as may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and the needs of the business
The post is based in Brighton. Travel within the UK and abroad may be necessary and flexibility is required to meet the demands of the post, including occasional weekend working. The post holder may be reasonably required to work from any INTO or Partner location at any time.
