Besbrode Pianos Ltd has a vacancy in the Sales and Business Development area that requires a competent knowledge of Mandarin and English that will enable it to further its brand, image and advertising messages to clients and client prospects, offering with a minimum basic salary starting from £26,000 up to £33,000 per annum.

The Business Development Manager’s duties include liaising with other senior staff to determine the range of pianos or services to be sold, contributes to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets; discussing employer’s or client’s requirements, carries out surveys and analyses customers’ reactions to product, packaging, price, etc.; compiling and analysing sales figures, prepares proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities and undertakes market research; handling customer accounts; recruiting and training junior sales staff; producing reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management; keeping up to date with products and competitors.
