Overview

We are a progressive footwear retailer and require a full-time Mandarin speaking Customer Service representative in our head office, who is willing to take responsibility and is able to meet their daily targets. The candidate needs to be dynamic, hard-working, fashion conscious and passionate about customer service. Self-motivation and good communication skills are essential. The candidate should be well versed with computers as the job requires an understanding of managing & processing the online orders, maintaining related records and data entry to online products catalogue.


Responsibilities Include

-   Manage customer emails, calls and resolution of customer queries in efficient and timely manner

-   Taking responsibility to investigate issues to a satisfactory conclusion and communicating the result to the customer

-   Achieve individual targets and contribute fully to achieving departmental response time targets to queries

-   Accountable for all admin tasks to be completed accurately and on time, including; refunds, returns, customer escalations etc.

-   Liaison with Ebay and Amazon seller support to resolve customer issues / complaints, resolve product listing issues

-   Liaison with courier companies, resolving parcel delivery issues including filing claims for lost parcels

-   Monitor and reply customer feedbacks across all marketplaces

-   Process daily customer orders and returns ensuring all order and returns are processed within required timelines

-   Create product descriptions, images, and upload products across all online channels

-   Assist in creation and monitoring of marketing campaigns

-   If required, provide support to other teams

-   Liaising with our internal departments including the inventory management, the Warehouse, and order fulfilment to ensure that queries regarding deliveries and orders are resolved


Required Skills

-   Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access)

-   Customer services experience in an e-commerce background

-   Strong management skills, with excellent attention to detail and, can successfully manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

-   Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

-   Full Chinese (Mandarin) language skills - Speaking and writing


Additional Information

The annual salary offered will be £22,880 for 5 days or £27456 for 6 days per week, based on your abilities and previous experience and your preference.
