申请美帝大学（多见于商学院）你可能被要求成绩单认证其中最常见的就是WES认证。
一、WES认证流程 （以本科在读生为例）
1. 准备好材料：中英文成绩单、在读证明、身份证的电子扫描件；双币信用卡（用于付费）
2. WES网申：
a. WES网站：https://www.wes.org/apply/
b. 点击 begin USA application，建立账号
c. 填写个人情况
d. 选择WES认证服务
学校一般要求 course by course，另外有 Basic 和 ICAP 两种选择，区别在于ICAP略贵（+45刀），但WES会一直保存你的资料以防后备之需。
e. 填写寄送认证报告的地址
f. 付款
注意：通过SOPHAS系统申请公卫等项目，可提供SOPHAS注册号享受25美金折扣。
g. 记录你的 WES reference No.
3. 教育部网申：
a. 网站：http://www.chinadegrees.cn/cqva/account/login
b. 注册账号
注意：注册的时候需要提供身份证照片
c. 填写认证信息以及上传材料（图片格式+低于2M）；选择服务——学习成绩单英文认证报告
d. 使馆档案号填 WES的 reference No.，邮寄地址在选择WES后会自动弹出来
e.核对信息，点保存；提交后有一个网页样的文档，即中国学位证书认证申请表，保存即可
注意：1. 认证时长：预留20天——-2个月
2. 已毕业的申请人，在教育部认证时需要提供完整的中英文成绩单和学位证、毕业证，且传真学位证、毕业证的复印件给WES。

If your transcripts are not in English, you are required to translate them. There are several companies, such as WES, that offer translation services.
Columbia University-MSc in Enterprise Risk Management、MS Applied Analytics

If your post-secondary credentials are from an institution outside the U.S. or Canada, the Office of Enrollment Management requires you to submit all post-secondary credentials (undergraduate and graduate) to World Education Services, Inc. (WES), a third party verification agency for a course-by-course evaluation.

申请时需要，机构可以是WES、ECE、IES；申请时是在读学生，录取后需要再更新认证
All degrees earned or expected from outside the United States (U.S.) – a credential evaluation is required – do not upload or mail transcripts
Wake Forest University-MS Accountancy、MA Management、MBA
学校保有随时要求提供WES认证的权利，保险起见，申请时就办理
For admitted International MSA students:The Admissions Committee reserves the right to request an official transcript evaluation from World Education Services (www.wes.org) at any time during the admissions process. The Admissions Committee will accept either the “WES Basic” or “WES ICAP” evaluation, submitted at the applicant’s expense.

International Students: You must be able to demonstrate that you have completed the equivalent of a four-year U.S. undergraduate degree. This may be demonstrated on your undergraduate transcripts or may be accomplished by submitting your transcripts for an evaluation by an organization accredited by the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services.
Case Western Reserve University-MSM-Finance、Business Analytics
成绩单非加权GPA的，或者是3年学位的，就需要WES
If your transcripts do not state your cumulative GPA or total average score and your grading scale, you must also submit one of the following:
1. An official GPA Certificate from your university stating your cumulative GPA or total average score on any numeric scale (examples: 88/100, 3.5/4.0, 3.8/5, 7/10)
2. The grading scale used to calculate your GPA
3. A course-by-course transcript evaluation from either the World Education Services OR Educational Credential Evaluators (see contact information below)
