关于打电话的那些事儿~
各位在澳洲生活的烤鸭们~
平时生活中一定有不少要打电话的场合吧？
如果对方是native speaker，该怎么回到才能显得彬彬有礼呢？
假如是好友之间，那开几句玩笑也无妨。
但倘若是工作电话，那语气和用语都要正式才算得体才行~

Opening a call
首先，我们先来看看怎么开始打一个电话，怎么接工作电话吧~

Good morning/ afternoon /evening, you’ve reached XXX. How may I direct your call?
Hi, this is XXX. Can I speak to XXX?

Asking for clarification/Repetition
礼貌地请别人重复刚刚说过的话：

总的来说，
Formal场景下的表达比较长比较礼貌，多用would you like…或者can you please…这类礼貌语气的句子，而且greeting也很正式。
