Live Connect Video is a multi-channel initiative aimed at introducing new methods of communication between the customer and the Bank. Live Connect Video provides regulated Mortgage & Protection advice to a wide range of HSBC RBWM local and international customers, from a remote, call centre environment.
Through this service, we will give our customers the option to use ‘Live Connect Video' to see an adviser at a time and branch location best suited to them.

In This Role, You Will
·Through Video connectivity you will provide a range of services to HSBC customers, supporting key life events, such as buying a new home and protecting their family for every eventuality, providing confidence and reassurance.
·Listen to customers to identify and understand their current and future needs for Mortgage, Life Protection and General Insurance products, and providing the right solution to meet those needs.
·Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every need of the customer can be met within the wider Mortgage and Protection team.
·Proactively develop and strengthen customer relationships with strong communication to ensure that we have sufficiently supported their needs at every stage.
·Treat Customers Fairly at the heart of all that you do.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
·You must hold a full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
·You must be fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
·CII RO1 (Financial Services, Regulations and Ethics) module is desirable; however, this is not essential for the role.
·Be able to undertake and complete the CII RO5 (Financial Protection) module within the first 12 months in the role.
·Ensure the delivery of satisfactory compliance and quality measures.
