SAP Fieldglass provides a cloud-based Vendor Management System (VMS) to manage contingent workforce and services procurement programs. More than 300 customers leverage SAP Fieldglass to gain visibility into their external workforces, including contingent labor, services managed through Statements of Work and independent contractors while optimizing spend, quality, compliance and efficiency.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about service. Our team provides front-line support for all users of the SAP Fieldglass application globally. Being successful requires a candidate to:

·Properly manage phone and email queues, as well as personal caseload in accordance with customer agreements

·Gather information, troubleshoot, and work to provide resolutions to end users and SAP Fieldglass’ partners

·Actively contribute to product knowledge through self-study and project participation

·Strive to become an expert in the SAP Fieldglass application

·Think holistically about how client reported issues affect our customers’ business

·Candidates who will be the customer’s advocate, consistently add value in the service they provide, and focus on the people they are supporting.

·Candidates who think critically about how to solve problems with technology, and aim to continually improve process in order to increase customer satisfaction.

·Candidates with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, an eye for detail, and an ability to translate technical information to varying audiences.

·Candidates with excellent communication skills: ability to support technical inquiries in professional language via both verbal and written support channels.

·Candidates with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills

·Professional-level knowledge of foreign languages preferred (Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Mandarin, Japanese, and Swedish)

·Candidates with previous technical support experience preferred.

·Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Sciences, or related course of study preferred

·Minimum of one year of support experience, preferably within a technology organization supporting web-hosted applications

·Experience working with call management and ticketing systems

·Ability to work with minimal supervision
