Our Sales Professionals are diamond and prestige watch specialists who delight our clients with their expert knowledge of our stunning products.

• Meeting and exceeding personal sales targets by demonstrating the features and benefits of diamonds and prestige watches.

• Ensuring that each client has an amazing experience by providing service that is ‘a cut above’.

• Building rapport with each client and utilising the database to maximise return custom and increase client loyalty.

• Maintaining an expert level of knowledge by taking advantage of all training opportunities and proactively learning about products and services.

• Supporting the Store Management team to ensure that visual merchandising and stock control standards are maintained to the highest level.

• Identifying opportunities for new business and areas for improvement to ensure we stay ‘a cut above’.

• Promote our company beliefs and values.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience within a target driven sales or retail environment. Experience of the luxury jewellery industry is a must. 

You will possess a positive attitude and a passion for creating an amazing client experience. Ideally you will have attained an industry recognised qualification such as JET 1 and 2. What is more important is the ambition and drive to develop your sales career with Chisholm Hunter.
