每年成千上万世界各个国家的公民会参加美国的交流项目，其中一些项目是美国政府主办的，一些是私人赞助的。IVLP-国际访问者领导项目，是美国国务院首要的专业交流项目。此项目成立于1940年，旨在通过个人短期的美国访问，寻求美国与其他国家间的互相认识和理解，被邀请的个人通常是有影响力并从事政府，政策，媒体，教育，艺术，商业以及其他领域工作的专家。今年夏天，上海美国中心诚邀大家来参加我们IVLP学友的系列讲座活动。每个学友都是各自领域的佼佼者，他们会与大家分享在交流项目所中所得的知识和体验，他们会对中美两国的文化，社会，政治制度进行比较，也会与大家讨论他们的专业。
Each year, thousands of citizens from countries around the world take part in exchange programs in the United States—some programs are U.S. government sponsored, some are privately funded. The International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is the U.S. Department of State’s premier professional exchange program. Launched in 1940, the IVLP seeks to build mutual understanding between the U.S. and other nations through short-term visits to the U.S. for influential individuals working in government, politics, the media, education, the arts, business, and other key fields. This summer, the Shanghai American Center invites you to join us for a series of talks presented by IVLP alumni. Experts in their fields and representing a diverse range of fields, each alumnus will share knowledge and insights acquired during the exchange experience, provide comparative insights of US-China culture, society, and policy differences, and discuss key issues in their professional field.
姚欣宇，互联网科技企业家，2016年IVLP学友 ，代码托管平台GitCafe创始人，女性科技社区科技猫创始人，2014年度福布斯中国30 under 30，他为大家带来的讲题是：人才不仅需要跨界还需要跨国。他会结合自己作为IVLP企业家考察团成员出访美国的经历和体验，讲诉科技企业应当如何驱动社会改革及创新，为什么国界变得越来越不重要等问题。
Internet and high-tech entrepreneur, Yao Xinyu, will give a talk titled “Talent Doesn't Only Need to Cross Borders, Talent Must Cross Countries." 2016 IVLP alumni Yao is founder of code trustee platform GitCafe, co-founder of Techie Cat–Women Tech Community, and was named to the 2014 Forbes '30 under 30' list of entrepreneurs. Yao will share with the audience stories from his professional area of expertise as well as reflections from his IVLP trip. In addition, he will speak to how high-tech companies can drive social reform and innovation, and why, ultimately, the boundaries between countries are increasingly of less importance.

付大毛，东方航空物流跨境直达业务总监，2018年IVLP“食品安全”主题学员，东航跨境电商业务、上海跨境电子商务行业协会创始团队成员之一，是国内最早从事跨境电商理论和实践工作的从业人员之一，曾参与《电子商务法》、《上海市电子商务发展报告》等重要文件的起草和编写。他将与观众分享跨境电商行业发展现状和趋势，东航的跨境电商探索，初识跨境电商平台、物流和支付等关键环节等等内容，同时也会谈论他的访美经历。
2018 IVLP Alumni Fu Damao is Director of E-commerce at Eastern Air Logistics Co. Ltd. He is also the founding member of Eastern Air Cross-Border E-commerce Association and Shanghai Cross-Border E-commerce Industry Association. He was one of the earliest to study cross-border e-commerce theory and practical applications. He participated in drafting and editing the “E-Commerce Law” and “Shanghai E-Commerce Business Development Report”. Fu Damao will share insights on the cross-border e-commerce current landscape as well as future trends, and touch on Eastern Air’s experience with cross-border e-commerce. He will also introduce foundational concepts from the cross-border e-commerce field and unpack key elements related to logistics and payment systems. Finally, he will reflect on his recent IVLP experience in the United States.
