Key Responsibilities:
1. Field test
2. Door-to-door service to OPPO customers for troubleshooting and log capturing
3. Execute aftersales projects
Essential Requirements:
1. Student Visa/485 Working Visa
2. Flexible working hours
3. Familiar with Melbourne suburbs and holds a car
4. IELTS listening/Speaking score minimum 6.5 for each part or equivalent PTE score
◆VIC Customer Service Officer VIC售后客服专员
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception, communication and social media handling
2. Inventory and logistic control/reporting
Essential Requirements:
1. Native English written, communication skills and basic Chinese communication skills.
2. IELTS score minimum 7 for each part and average of 8 or equivalent PTE score.
3. Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
