In this role you will work closely with the strategic partners in developing our joint cooperative marketing opportunities and implementing the below-the-line joint event activities.

You will be responsible for delivering and achieving the following:
Develop, deliver and track objectives and timelines of the Partnership Marketing Agreements in place with the strategic partners within the terms and conditions of each agreement.
Assist and facilitate regular Business Events forums with stakeholders in market to devise market development programmes and solicit participation in co-op promotional activities with partners.
Coordinate all project budgets allocated to the position, including preparation of budget proposals and revisions, contract negotiation, budget management and invoicing.
Liaise with Regional Convention Bureaux to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing activities is taken in the region.
Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all agreed coop activities with partners to maximise the potential of the activities.
Monitor the effectiveness of the planned partnership-marketing programme against agreed KPIs and timeline and provide regular reports on program results and progress.
Provide insights and market intelligence for the development of future partnership strategy and plans.

Well-developed English and Chinese language skills (reading/writing and oral/aural)
Strong working knowledge of MS Office

Ability to deliver high quality work for broad range of projects
Proven ability to develop strong relationships within the team and with other business units to achieve common goals and objectives
Demonstrated experience in effectively managing and reporting on budgets
Managing each project according to strict budgets and hard deadlines
Project management delivery of partnership agreements experience
International and Australian business event experience
Previous experience with different marketing strategies, from traditional advertising and promotions
Stakeholder management experience
