With its rendered white walls and deeply angled balconies now revealed on two buildings, Maestro is making quite an impression at Harold Park. Inside the apartments, our fit-out teams are continuing the installation of bathrooms and kitchens while Cullen Close road works have begun and preliminary landscaping is underway.

Elsewhere at Harold Park our other Precincts are also in full swing, Altivolo's basement construction has been completed, Maxwell Place is also underway with basement construction and Chevalier's ground floor structure is now finished.

Last month we successfully launched the first stage of our last Precinct Vance, and we are now preparing for Harold Park's final ever release later this year.

The Tramsheds are also a hive of activity with the sawtooth roof removed and building restoration works underway. We are excited to announce the Tramsheds will be home to sustainable seafood restaurant Fish & Co and renowned Chef Jared Ingersoll's Butcher & Farmer, a unique restaurant, deli and butcher concept.
