Opportunity
Join us on a 12-week graduate training program to prepare you for a successful career within Korn Ferry Futurestep. This program will help you develop core competencies in recruitment and business acumen through our Korn Ferry Futureste plearning curriculum, best-practices and resources. We will provide you with career opportunities with the firm in the areas of research and sourcing innovation, and recruitment consulting. There are a limited numberof openings available for this program, so don’t miss out on the opportunity tobe considered.
Experience & Attitude
A recent university graduate (BA or MA) in Business Management, Human Resources or Liberal Arts. You are intelligent,driven and hungry to learn. Your problem solving skills are second to none and you’re energetic, positive, and believe that anything is possible through hardwork and creative thinking. You are a clear and confident communicator in both Madarin and English, and able to work within a cohesive team environment. With your high level of motivation and flexibility, you will love the challenges that recruitment presents.
You will need to possess:
· Demonstrated participation in community and extracurricular activities
· Strong academic results
· Open mindedness and a willingness to try new ideas and ways of working
· Exceptionally strong technology and social media skills
· Phone-based work experience is a plus
· Native level Mandarin with business level English
· Strong time-management and prioritization skills
