又是一年申请季进入尾声，大部分即将踏入留学的同学们应该开始关注自己的住宿了，那么，作为英国第三大城市，又拥有着多所大学的格拉斯哥，必然也进入了学生公寓的大抢购时间，让Ellen带领大家来看一看格拉斯哥大学附近的学生公寓吧。

NO.1 WEST VILLAGE （西村）

以上就是西村对自己的官方描述了，说的算是八九不离十吧。首先，西村的交通真的是挺方便的，出门一分钟就有地铁站 (KelvinHall)，向着西边走五分钟就是火车站 (Partick)，来去市中心或者去其它地方旅行，十分便利。其次，周围超市、餐厅、酒吧众多，基本生活需求还是不用愁的。然后呢，对于16年入住的筒子来说，有一个非常棒的新改进，gym将会开门营业，这比去其他地儿锻炼可要方便多了。

NO.3 HYNDLAND HOUSE

与1和2相比，Hyndland离格拉斯哥大学就得再远一个街口，不过据同学描述，住宿条件要比西村好辣么一丢丢。楼下有一个tesco express和一个健身房（Anytime），对面还有一排吃的。距离火车站(Partick)和邮局非常近，距离地铁站(Partick & Kelvinhall)也不远。一个小小缺憾就是打车，好像格拉的司机师傅一直都不知道Hyndland House在哪里，必须报出周围更有名的车站啊、餐厅啊之类的，才能找到方位。

NO.4 VITA STUDENT GLASGOW

一个还在建造中的高级学生公寓，距离格拉斯哥大学要比前3再远那么一点点，不过也就是20分钟以内的步行路程。道听途说中了解到，待到vita建造完毕，楼下就有一个平价超市，当然事实上，马路对面也有一个非常大型的超市。说到房间内的设备，不止是studio配备电视机，连每个en-suit都有，OMG，这到底是什么待遇！每周还可以打扫一次房间，还可以有早饭吃，而且每个flat的人数都不会太多，是不是既不会太孤独，又不会太吵，简直perfect。就交通来说，火车、公交、地铁都灰常近，方便到爆！

不过，到现在为止，vita还是个空架子，一层完整的都还没见到，所以英国人的效率是有多少......

NO.5 THURSO STREET(TS)

名副其实的离格拉斯哥大学最近的学生公寓，对面就是GIC (Glasgow International College)，预科的朋友们住在这里真的是太太幸福~ 门口有一个周末才开门的酒吧，对面也有不少餐厅，距离地铁站不算远，火车站嘛就得走几分钟了。TS的安保措施，真是杠杠的，没有钥匙的，基本没有进门的可能性，进整个宿舍区要钥匙，进每个单元楼要钥匙，走进自己的flat要钥匙，进自个儿家门要钥匙，好吧，这都是应该的，至今Ellen没有理解的就是为什么进出厨房也要钥匙……总之，随时带着钥匙才能畅通无阻。至于打车，就是个悲剧故事，在这里住的baby们请一定学好TS的发音，不然司机大叔就会把你送到另一个地方去……很神奇，在这个学生公寓居住的歪果仁还是挺多的，想要练习的口语的朋友就不要错过了，没准你的室友就是可以帮你联系口语的那位哦。

N0.6 DUNASKIN MILL

The brand new Dunaskin Mill opens inSeptember 2016. Perched on top of the Kelvin River, it has some beautifulscenic views and a charming outdoor courtyard (which will be the perfectsun-trap when the weather gets a bit better). 

Dunaskin Mill is located on the site of the former Scotstoun Mill. Only a 5 minute stroll to the UNIVERSITY OF GLASGOW and even closer to GLASGOW INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE and the KELVINHALL SUBWAY STATION.The city centre is just a 10 minute bus journey with very quick access to theUNIVERSITY OF STRATHCLYDE – making it the ideal location if you’re studying inGlasgow next year! 

It gets better – we have a huge choice of rooms available from EN SUITE rooms in shared student apartments, to your very own private STUDIO. We have different sized rooms to suit all tastes and budgets too. We even have amazing TWO BED APARTMENTS that are perfect for sharing. 这是在格拉斯哥大学另一个方向的学生公寓（与上六个相比），距离学校不远，十几分钟的样子。就交通而言，呃，附近没有地铁，不过打车、公交还是方便的。附近有超市，基本生活还是不愁的。个人觉得，住在这里，最大的特色就是吃的地儿太多，对于吃货而言，绝对幸福惨了，离家不远的街上，充斥着各类餐厅，真的是各类，韩国料理、泰国菜、印度菜、中餐、Fish & Chips、炸鸡店……每一家都值得慢慢品尝。

NO. 8 TRAMWORKS

Tramworks is situated in the fantastic West End Location of Glasgow and just a 15 minute bus ride from the University. TheWest End is home to both Byres Road and the popular Ashton Lane that boast some of the best bars, restaurants and cafés within the city. Containing both studio apartments and shared en-suite flats, Tramworks also has its own gym and greatsocial space to meet up with friends.
