昨日，比利时首都布鲁塞尔再遭恐怖主义炸弹袭击，当地时间早晨约7点钟（北京时间3月22日下午3点钟），布鲁塞尔炸芬特姆机场与马尔贝克地铁连发多枚炸弹爆炸，已确认死亡人数34人，170人受伤。极端组织“伊斯兰国”I.S.表示对此事件负责。
事件发生后，由于投资者避险情绪升温，导致黄金迅速冲高，上涨最高达12美元至1260；由于欧洲地区再遭恐怖袭击，欧元当即滑落，对美元汇率一度下跌幅度大0.5%至最低1.1188。
欧洲地区的连续恐怖袭击事件可能对于长期投资信心造成影响
本次袭击事件是继巴黎恐怖袭击事件嫌疑人Salah Abdeslam在布鲁萨尔被逮捕后发生，根据比利时方面消息，可能其中有自杀性引爆炸弹。欧洲地区自去年连受恐怖事件侵袭，对于欧元区的
投资者信心有潜在的重要影响。
难民问题与恐怖事件引发欧盟主要国家当局的不稳定性，进而对地区经济有直接的负面作用。表现最为明显的是希腊债务危机，部分因素为当地的难民问题间接影响；目前的“英国退欧”也与欧洲地区形势直接相关。
欧洲货币政策已经达到“非正常化”的制高点，就在此前3月10，欧洲央行宣布再度扩大其货币宽松的力度，将负存款利率扩大至-0.4%，并将增多货币供给量达200亿欧元。对于“债台高筑，狂印钞票”的现实下，欧盟各国可以说已经到达极为窘迫的境地。
欧洲地区股市自2015年高位至今下跌幅度达20%，欧元目前对美元自2015年高位下跌近1000点。英镑受到牵连，昨日英镑对美元再度大幅滑落，跌幅达1.1%，160点。英国将在6月23日举行对于是否退出欧盟的公投，如果英国退出欧洲可能会导致英镑再度下滑。
全球股市受事件影响出现短期震荡
全球股市并没有受到明显影响，在出现短期波动后均收复失地。昨日比利时指数20在事件发生当时大幅滑落后迅速反弹，一度下跌至0.6%后以跌0.4%收盘；法国指数40期指下跌0.8%；欧洲指数50小幅震荡后以近开盘价格收盘。美国标普指数500上涨0.01%，收盘2043。
