As a result of our continuing growth, we now have an immediate requirement for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our business here in South Manchester on a Permanent basis.
- Coordinate the order placement and logistics for instrument installations (B/H and Dx)
- Review invoice queries working with the UKCS and AR teams during regular meetings, providing feedback and creating accountability within the two groups
- Monitor and report on KPIs for phone calls, outbound shipments, collections, order entry, cycle times, credits, Siebel complaints, GHX
- Analyse credit note reason codes to find root cause of persistent issues for feedback to CS team to drive accountability
- Monitor UK outstanding H+ and allocating resource where necessary
- Maintain continual dialogue with the Contracts and Sales teams to continue to reduce the number of outstanding items
- Provide back up UK Sales Support and UK Logistics functions where required
- Run the UKCS team rota to allocate resource appropriately to exceed these KPI targets
- Provide continuous training to the team to improve knowledge on handling the shared inbox, orders, H+, Stock Sync, Returns
- Highlight the consequences of errors to drive accountability for the quality of work produced
- Identify and implement process improvements with the UK Customer Service & Logistics Manager
- 5 GCSEs A – C including English and Maths, additional qualifications preferable
- High level of Excel knowledge including report generation, pivot tables, V look up
- Extensive Customer Service experience in a B2B environment
- Logistical experience preferable (working with 3rd party warehouse operations)
- Team leadership / supervisory experience
- Experience in the Healthcare sector preferable
- Assertive attitude, enthusiastic to learn, open to unexpected challenges, logical and analytical approach to challenges and able to think of their feet
- Additional language (French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Mandarin) would be a plus
- Ability to work under pressure to short deadlines
- This role requires a CAN DO attitude, excellent team work, organizational skills and forward thinking
