Chinese Affiliate Acquisition Manager for 138.com Online Sports Betting and Online Casino.
- Source, evaluate, recruit, approve new affiliate partners and maintain the good relationship with existing affiliates
- Build affiliate campaigns and compensation strategies
- Monitoring spend and performance levels relative to budgets and expected KPIs
- Working with designers, copywriters and developers to come up with required content as product marketing tools for affiliates
- Work with all other marketing teams to ensure affiliate programs are fully integrated with all related marketing campaigns to drive maximum ROAs and related traffic, conversion and sales performance
- Monitor and analyze results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports (to identify strong and weak areas, and to help underachievers improve)
- Keeping track of affiliate sales and creating sales reports
- Responsibility for the success of the promotion
- Strong sales and business acumen
- Native Chinese speaking
- University graduate preferably in Marketing or Advertising, Prefer have established contacts with affiliates
- Able to develop strong relationships with clients; demonstrate ability to close sales and generate revenue both online and offline
- Have a deep understanding and genuine interest in the online market in China
- Self-starter, with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Results and goal oriented approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in excel and/ or numbers along with standard computing skills
- Outgoing, well spoken, professional, friendly and courteous
