Office Manager within the UK senior management team is open for all candidate based in our central distribution centre in Rugby-UK

-   Schedule inbound / outbound transportation

-   Liaising with external freight agency, schedule and tracking inbound traffic

-   Ensure all multi-channel which including sea freight and air cargo shipments are received at highest effectiveness

-   Liaising with external carrier service provider such as UPS, DPD, Interlink, Yodel and Myhermes

-   Operational management and monitoring outbound daily order processing

-   Warehouse inbound procedure and QA monitoring

-   Working with warehouse operation team leader ensure all operations are running at highest H&S standards

-   Stock control and monitoring

-   Liaising and collaborate with sales manager, customer service manager and global logistics manager based at head office

-   Reporting directly with Managing Director and secretarial tasks may required

-   Good IT skills including Microsoft Office

-   Energy and enthusiasm

-   Effective communication skills

-   Strong teamwork

-   Strong Accuracy and Numeracy skills

-   Heath and Safety awareness

-   Good attention to detail

-   Excellent time keeping

-   Fluent Chinese and English are essential

-   The successful candidate will working Monday to Friday 09:00 until 17:00 with overtime option available in peak period
