We are currently recruiting a HR manager who has HR work experience in education sector (18,000-24,000 per annum, negotiable)

Index Education Service Ltd. focuses on providing education and cousultanting services for Chinese students. Our company is based in Central London and is doing well for several years in helping students to apply for their target schools.

The successful candidate will be required to recruit for professionals including full-time / part-time tutors, course developer, etc.

-   Managing LinkedIn / Professional Networks Recruitment

-   Candidate tracking from various sources (campuses / digital sources) and updating trackers accordingly

-   Candidate queries (technical / general)

-   Design and produce recruitment materials (flyers, presentations, one-pagers)

-   Handling requisition and hiring requests

-   Ensures the Hiring Need Form template for each role fully includes the requirements

-   Ensures any requests for exception to the selection process form includes all required information

-   Providing induction training

-   Work experience as a similar role in education sector

-   Familiar with UK education system, and having resources of UK primary school teachers

-   Valid work permit in UK

-   Language: English, Mandarin
