TD Tom Davies offers Bespoke, made-to-measure eyewear, and ready-to-wear frames.We are seeking a Brand PR and Marketing Executiveto nurture a strong industry network, increase brand awareness and develop an enviable company image by developing and executing an effective communication and media relations strategy.
- Develop the PR strategy and campaigns focused on the brand, retail stores and Tom's personal profile
- Nurture good relationships with press and media for consumer publications, major national newspapers and social media bloggers
- Manage stories and product call-ins, keeping the brand well placed in line with the overall strategy
- Execute press launches, press packs and standard releases to relevant consumer magazines, journals, online sites and broadcast media
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests, following up leads and making introductions
- Evaluate opportunities for co-branding, design partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis
- Manage social media output: Instagram, Facebook, Periscope, in-house optician platform
- Maintain a focused interest in industry trends and activity, looking at the luxury sector and relevant developments surrounding the brand
- Maintain the brand asset library, brand book, and all other related asset related activities
- Liaise and manage relationships with the Public Relations and other engaged agencies
- Liaise with the workshop in China for press and placement product; alongside the printers in China for brochures and press material
- Assist in the development and managing of the brand retail stores marketing calendars
- Organise events in our branded retail stores and for opticians to raise brand awareness
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant subject
- Fluent English with exceptional writing and editing skills for clear communication
- With our large European market, other European languages are highly desired
- Mandarin language highly desired, as effective communication with China team essential
- IT literate and desire to learn new software, e.g. Mailchimp, Google Analytics
- Commercially savvy with a good understanding of drivers of budget management
- Excellent communication skills; ability to energize others by conveying a compelling vision
- Excellent project management and budgeting skills, able to plan and manage time effectively

- Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels
