We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Associate (Mandarin speaking) to join our beautiful Bond Street boutique. You will ideally have a high level of product knowledge and customer networks whilst strong and demonstrable experience within luxury. Reporting into the Boutique Manager, you will drive the boutique's success through achieving your personal objectives and delivering a true Jaeger Le-Coultre experience. 

-   You will be responsible for the Jaeger Le-Coultre image ensuring a unique and elevated experience is given to all customers and VIP clientele

-   Client development: You will be extremely observant and have an excellent ability to understand and anticipate client needs

-   You will build relationships fluidly and will be integral in securing current and prospective business from key boutique events

-   Team: You will be a true team player and will thrive on guiding and mentoring junior staff members on their selling skills and boutique procedures

-   You will have the ability to engage with people on all levels whilst leading by example as a true Jaeger Le-Coultre ambassador

-   You will have a never ending pursuit for excellence through your passion, team spirit and presentation

-   You will have an acute business sense displaying curiosity, active listening and the willingness to succeed

-   Finally you will have strong communication skills within both Mandarin and English and will liaise confidently and professionally within both languages
