-   Ensure weekly availability of IT Run KPI’s to the business

-   Review that changes to applications do not compromise compliance and controls requirements of the organization

-   Review that training and communication needs are being adequately considered by proposed changes to applications

-   Oversea the delivery of end user support globally, including the delivery of help desk services

-   Provide monthly status on adherence to the information security roadmap and develop refinements to the roadmap

-   Own and refine the build methodology for projects delivered by IT

-   Enforce compliance with the build methodology within IT

-   Ensure availability of weekly tracking of projects to the business

-   Manage the IT budget and provide insight into the budget versus actuals 

-   10 years experience in a fast pace multinational organization

-   5 years experience in leading a PMO function in an IT environment

-   A bachelors degree and or professional certifications consistent with the position

-   Experience in managing IT budgets

-   Experienced in developing business cases across a wide spectrum of business process and IT topics

-   Excellent English speaking skills (German or Mandarin is a bonus)

-   Able to juggle priorities under pressure
