CCGN宣布近日旗下子公司----引行金融公司获得了中华人民共和国工业和信息化部颁发的《增值电信业务经营许可证》。
CCGN收购引行金融的特别许可证的协同效应，在于获得了SP许可证，这意味着公司在发展物联网道路上又向前迈进了一步。当下正处于移动互联网时代，移动端的便捷带动各行业移动端业务的发展，目前仅中国移动网民规模达6.0亿，在整体网民中占比达89.5%。移动网民规模的高速增长，使得小微借款行为由最初的广告宣传页、经过PC端逐步向移动端迁徙，移动端成为最大的场景入口。
目前，CCG引行金融已布局了微信端、WAP端，用户通过关注、绑定引行金融官方微信，不仅可以阅读引行金融所推送的精华文章，还可以透过WAP端进行借款咨询。在以后的发展过程中，引行金融还将从移动用户体验出发，完善、优化各项功能，争取为用户带来更佳的体验，为有借款需求的小微企业家们优化借款管道。

2016年12月19日香港中正达独立审计事务所对CCGN收购引行金融8K审计,确定截止到2015年12月31日、2016年12月31日两个年度财务报表。中正达专业服务安排在2017年1月初进场审计。预计2017年1月30日完成收购引行金融8K财务审计报告提交SEC。
CCGN CEO高建民表示:“在保持CCGN整体部分的前提下，我们收购的引行金融截至2016年10月营业收入3956万元， 净利润2242万元。合并财报后CCGN 2016年度营业收入至少增加3956万元，净利润至少增加2242万元。引行金融预计在2017年将为CCGN创造7683万元的营业收入，净利润4356万元。
CCGN CEO高建民进一步表示:“CCGN还会继续通过收购兼并好的企业，扩大市场占有率，为公司和股东利益最大化而努力奋斗！为今后转升纳斯达克主板做准备。”

什么是SP许可证？这条新闻对CCGN意味着什么？
SP许可证，是指建立与移动网络直接连接的服务平台，为移动网增值电信业务的业务专项经营者提供接入移动网络的服务，定位服务等各种增值服务的业务。这意味着公司在发展物联网道路上又向前迈进了一步，将方便公司获得移动端的潜在小微企业借款客户。
因此，也就是意味着这将有望提振引行金融的创收获利能力。就目前的数据来看，引行金融截止2016年10月的收入就达到了3956万人民币（折合569万美元），净利润2242万元人民币（折合322万美元），并预计在2017年将为CCGN创造7683万元的营业收入（折合1105万美元），净利润4356万元（折合626万美元）。
而CCGN过去12个月的收入为1312万美元，表明2017年仅引行金融就能让公司的收入实现翻倍！这对股价将起到直接的提振作用！
此外，公司还将继续关注优质公司的收购机会，为转板Nasdaq铺路。且公司在12月20日就已经提交了转板申请书及招股说明书，转板已经近在咫尺！
一旦转板成功，CCGN的股价将有望一飞冲天，重回15美元也将有望实现。
