Our business is entering a phase of rapid expansion and, to help us get to the next level, we are looking for someone who wants to build a career in marketing.

This is a hands-on role, so the candidate must have solid experience in planning and writing high quality Mandarin content targeting audiences in China and UK, and demonstrate a track record in achieving quantifiable KPIs, i.e. primarily in customer acquisition and marketing-to-sales conversions.

Hence, we are looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit. You must be comfortable in racing towards monthly quantifiable targets.

-   Support the formulation of the online / offline content marketing strategy and create valuable, optimised and relevant high quality Mandarin content to help attract new customers and achieve marketing targets

-   Increase brand awareness and generate new customer enquiries through all contents including but not limited to social media (WeChat), press release, collaterals, website, videos, case studies and testimonials

-   Formulate promotional plan and manage budget, measure campaign performance (new customer enquiries) and improve future campaigns based on result analysis

-   Build and maintain content marketing calendar and establish internal work flow with other teams in UK and China for content contribution and validation

-   Plan, write and post new and ongoing content initiatives through the relevant media channels

-   Plan and support management of online / offline events, including campaign performance and result analysis

-   Manage strong relationships with key media partners in UK and China, as well as cooperate with them to organise joint campaigns for broader reach

-   Bachelor degree or equivalent in marketing / communications / similar

-   Proven experience in managing PR and social media campaigns (1-2 years)

-   Ideally candidates will have had prior PR agency experience

-   Must demonstrate strong experience in Mandarin content writing including social media, press release, etc.

-   Excellent understanding, and experience of, working with all key Chinese Social Media platforms

-   Creative with attention to detail

-   Excellent in written and spoken Mandarin and fluent in English

-   建立和维护每月营销内容时间表,与英国及中国的其他团队建立内部工作流程

-   通过相关媒体渠道, 计划、撰写和发布新的以及现有内容

-   计划和支持线上/线下活动管理,包括活动性能和结果分析

-   加强管理中英两国的主要媒体合作伙伴,并且与他们组织更广泛的各类活动

-   本科以上, 市场营销/通讯 相关专业背景

-   1-2年的公关管理,社交媒体活动经验

-   有相关公关公司经验者优先考虑

-   较强的中文书写能力包括社交媒体,新闻发布等

-   良好的理解能力;拥有与中国主要传统、社交媒体平台合作经验

-   具有创新力,注重细节

-   良好的中文表达, 书写能力; 英文流利
