We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator (Mandarin Speaking) to join our Clients Sales and Customer Service Team based in Rochdale.

• Providing and Managing sales and customer service support

• Liaising with customers advising on order status and updating relevant systems

• Ensuring completion of customer orders in a timely manner

• Inputting Sales Orders

• Updating database and producing reports as required

• Collating data * Ensuring satisfaction Customer Service levels

• Organising mail shots for marketing

• Sales and general administration.

• Working alongside the Production and Accounts departments

• Switchboard / reception duties

• Overseas travel to China, acting as an Interpreter

• Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills

• Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, QAD)

• Applicants must be Fluent in Mandarin

• Translation from English to Chinese and Vice Versa
