Entrepreneurs Hub Ltd (EH) is growing and is looking to expand their advisory capabilities and help its customers address opportunities in the far east. China is especially interesting with its market capacity for both manufacture and consumption.

There is a particular opportunity in the fashion industry. EH have existing business with customers in this space. EH is now looking to extend this capability, with an experienced fashion specialist fluent in both Chinese and English and with first-hand knowledge of Chinese market dynamics and the fashion industry supply chain from design and sourcing through to customer access and sales.

There is a role for a further management consultant in the team. The candidate will be passionate, knowledgeable, experienced and qualified in fashion. This set of qualities will have enabled them to succeed in identifying niches and appropriate commercial action where they will have a track record of customer sales. This person has a real fascination with the fashion industry and be very conversant with the latest go-to-market trends of on-line ecommerce.

Ideally this person still in the earlier part of their career, will be looking to advance their market experience with working in markets such as the UK and be willing to share their china market knowledge with customers in the UK

-   Demonstrable understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing and on-line sales to consumers in China

-   Culturally adjusted to both Chinese and UK markets with at least 3 years living in UK

-   Business sale / exit experience helpful

-   Preferably has Entrepreneurial / business start-up experience

-   Team player

-   Able to work under own initiative and deliver personal contribution to wider company objectives

-   Professionally credible

-   Able to present and advise at board level in both Mandarin and English

-   Approachable with appropriate warmth and professional sense of humour

-   Flexible and able to work under pressure

-   Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) speaker

-   Fluent in English to appropriate business level

-   Excellent reading and writing skills in both English and Mandarin

-   Competent in data and market research analysis skills

-   Appropriate digital marketing / ecommerce experience

-   Confident to design and execute a business plan

-   Masters level degree in a relevant discipline (fashion / design / branding) from a UK university

-   Will hold permission / visa to work in the UK

-   Competitive salary with 20 days annual leave rising to 25 days after 2 years service
